Medical Director, DVM

Dr. Ishpreet Gill

With over 16 years in the veterinary field, Dr. Gill’s passion for animal well-being began early in life. Growing up with pets and caring for stray animals as a child instilled in him a deep sense of compassion and commitment to veterinary medicine.

As Medical Director, Dr. Gill finds immense satisfaction in making a positive impact on pets’ lives and enjoys building strong connections with pet parents. His dedication to exceptional patient care extends beyond the clinic to his own home, where he shares life with his two beloved cats, Simon and Flash.

Outside of work, Dr. Gill is an avid traveler, hiker, and fitness enthusiast who enjoys spending time at the gym. A lifelong cricket player, he has consistently been ranked among the best in the Sacramento area. And for a fun fact—he’s also an amateur astronomer, often exploring the wonders of the night sky with his telescope at home.

Dr. Jennifer Anderson

With over 12 years in the veterinary field, Dr. Anderson's journey into animal medicine was a natural blend of her love for animals and her medical family background. Originally planning to become a doctor, she quickly realized that working with animals was her true calling—after all, they make the best patients.
As an Associate Veterinarian, Dr. Anderson thrives on solving medical puzzles and enjoys witnessing the unique relationships between pets and their families. At home, she cares for horses and cats while actively searching for the perfect new canine companion.

Beyond veterinary medicine, Dr. Anderson is a dedicated mother of four, a proud sports mom, and an avid baseball fan. Whether at the clinic, the barn, or the ball field, her passion and dedication shine through in everything she does.

Dr. Dilpreet Kaur

With over 12 years of experience in the veterinary field—spanning 9 years in India and 3.5 years in the USA—Dr. Kaur's passion for animal care was sparked by a memorable encounter with a stray in need. Witnessing the resilience and vulnerability of animals solidified her calling to veterinary medicine.

As an Associate Veterinarian, Dr. Kaur finds the greatest fulfillment in seeing the transformation of her patients and the relief and gratitude of their families. Her dedication extends beyond clinical care, as she also holds a postgraduate degree in veterinary microbiology, where she enjoys exploring the microscopic world to uncover the hidden secrets of animal health.

Outside of work, Dr. Kaur expresses her creativity through home décor and arts and crafts. Whether caring for patients or crafting beautiful spaces, she brings passion and precision to everything she does.

Front Desk Manager

Abby

With over four years in the veterinary field, Abby’s passion for animals began with her own pets, sparking a lifelong desire to learn more about their care and well-being. Her experience as a dedicated pet owner led her to the veterinary world, where she continues to expand her knowledge and skills every day.

As Front Desk Manager, Abby thrives on learning new techniques and developing her expertise to better serve pets and their owners. At home, she cares for two senior dogs and two cats, ensuring they receive the love and attention they deserve.

Outside of work, Abby stays active with softball, hiking, and cosplay. A creative and skilled seamstress, she sews her own cosplays and also gives back to her community by running a youth umpire program.

Hospital Manager

Olyvia

With over 14 years of experience in the veterinary field, Olyvia has dedicated her career to strengthening the bond between humans and animals. Inspired by the unwavering comfort and companionship animals have provided her through life’s challenges, she feels a deep responsibility to give back by helping to heal them in return.

As Hospital Manager, Olyvia’s favorite part of the job is fostering meaningful connections between pets and their people. At home, she shares her life with a diverse and lively crew, including three dogs—Hexx (American Bully), Caster (Russian Spaniel), and 1/1 Black "Rat" Creature Token (Chihuahua mix)—three tabby cats named Sage, Druid, and Coven, as well as a fascinating collection of slimy and scaly companions.

Outside of work, Olyvia enjoys playing Magic: The Gathering, diving into Dungeons & Dragons adventures, hitting the disc golf course, gaming, thrifting, and crafting. As a fun fact, she even has a published species account on AmphibiaWeb about Bolitoglossa nympha, showcasing her passion for the natural world.

Jessica

With over eight years of experience in the veterinary field, Jessica’s passion for animal care began with her lifelong love of horses. Her deep appreciation for these majestic animals inspired her to pursue a career where she could make a difference in their lives and the lives of other animals in need.

As an RVT, Jessica is particularly fascinated by the process of wound healing, finding it incredible to witness the body’s ability to recover and repair. She takes great pride in providing expert care that helps animals heal and thrive.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys the great outdoors, spending her free time camping, fishing, and, of course, horseback riding. Whether in the clinic or out in nature, her love for animals and adventure shines through in everything she does.

Elizabeth

With over 27 years in the veterinary field, Liz’s love for animals has been a lifelong passion. From childhood, she knew she wanted to dedicate her career to caring for pets and supporting their well-being.

As an RVT, Liz finds the greatest fulfillment in providing comfort to animals and educating clients to help them better understand their pet’s needs. At home, she shares her life with her beloved dogs and cat, ensuring they receive the same love and care she gives to every patient.

Outside of work, Liz enjoys reading, hiking, and watching movies. And for a fun fact—she’s even been on a reality TV show!

Thomas

With over 30 years of experience in the veterinary field, Thomas’s passion for animals began in childhood, growing up next to a semi-farm and always having pets of his own. This early connection to animals naturally led him to a lifelong career in veterinary medicine.

As an RVT, Thomas thrives in a team environment, finding the most fulfillment in working alongside his fellow staff to provide exceptional care for patients. At home, he enjoys the companionship of his beloved cat.

Outside of work, Thomas has a deep love for music, archery, and anything with two wheels—whether it’s a bike or a motorcycle, he’s always up for the ride.

Veterinary Technician Assistant

Snehal

With over 24 years of experience in the veterinary field, Snehal’s journey began in India, where graduating from veterinary school opened the door to a fulfilling career. Treating farmers' animals gave him a deep sense of satisfaction and ignited a lifelong passion for veterinary medicine.

As a Veterinary Technician Assistant, Snehal finds the most joy in working with surgical patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care. Outside of work, he enjoys immersing himself in nature through hiking and birdwatching.

Since immigrating recently, Snehal has embraced the challenges of learning new pronunciations, sometimes with humorous misinterpretations—but that never stops him! Every new word is an opportunity to grow, and his enthusiasm for learning is just another reflection of his dedication and resilience.

Veterinary Assistant

Marina

With over eight years of experience in the veterinary field, Marina’s curiosity and passion for medicine led her to explore healthcare from a unique perspective — caring for animals. Her dedication to understanding and advocating for her patients has been the driving force behind her work.

Marina’s favorite part of her role is witnessing the remarkable recovery of pets and knowing she played a part in their healing journey. At home, she shares her life with her beloved cat, Pepper, who brings endless joy and companionship.
Outside of the clinic, Marina enjoys indulging her love of food, expressing her creativity through painting, and immersing herself in the energy of music festivals. And for a fun fact — she played the violin for 10 years, adding a musical touch to her many talents.

Receptionist & Veterinary Assistant

Rebecca

With over 14 years in the veterinary field, Rebecca’s passion for animal care began at home, inspired by her parents and a lifelong love for animals. This deep-rooted interest grew into a fulfilling career where she gets to witness the incredible work of veterinary medicine firsthand.

As both a Veterinary Assistant and CSR, Rebecca finds the most joy in watching the doctors and staff perform what she calls miracles—helping pets heal and thrive. At home, she cares for her two beloved dogs, Bean (a micro bully) and Rupert (a pomchi), along with a carefully curated collection of fish tanks that showcase her love for aquatic life.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys reading, designing aquariums, and fishkeeping. A true caregiver at heart, she also dedicates her time to raising and nurturing cleft palate puppies, giving them the extra care they need to grow strong and healthy.

Veterinary Assistant

Tzitlaly

With over nine years of experience in the veterinary field, Tzitlaly’s passion for animal care began in high school. A local ROP class gave her the opportunity to shadow a veterinarian at just 15 years old, and from that moment, she knew this was the path for her.

As a Veterinary Assistant, Tzitlaly enjoys all aspects of patient care, but she has a special love for perfecting nail trims. At home, she shares her life with four dogs and two cats, ensuring her passion for animals extends beyond the clinic.

When she’s not caring for pets, Tzitlaly loves attending concerts and traveling to new places. Her most prized possession? A classic 1984 Mercedes 300D, a testament to her appreciation for timeless craftsmanship.
